Here is my speccy report. My issue is that speccy is detecting norton security (as disabled) and malwarebytes (as enabled) in the report even though I have already used the respective software removal tools for each of the antiviruses. Is there some sort of file that remains anyways even after uninstallation and gives a false negative to speccy? How can I remove it?

Ccleaner And Malwarebytes
and then run Adwcleaner again and if you do a final scan with malwarebytes and its all good, then make sure your browser is up to date and that windows updates are done and ideally either subscribe to the pro version of malwarebytes or get a good security software like trendmicro or similar installed.
I set up a couple of vitrual machines using Hyper-V. There seemed to be some memory and resource issues. So I closed down the virtual machines and Hyper-V and then I ran malwarebytes, ccleaner, and avg to clean up my system. I uninstalled a few programs that I determined I did not need. Then I also disabled some programs that run on start up. 2ff7e9595c
